” Biography “. If a word might summarize my artistic approach, it is this one. Indeed, I try to present on my canvases a summary, at a glance, of the life and universe of « Pop » personalities and characters populating my musical and artistic imagination. I like to play on the mixture of collages and paintings, on relief effects to bring my paintings to life. This is the main focus of my work.

In parallel, I diversify my production by creating purely abstract paintings, mixing random technique, abstract expressionism and dynamic contrasts of shapes and colors.

I find my visual inspiration in the works of art masters such as Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, Mel Ramos, Jackson Pollock, Gerhard Richter, Banksy or JonOne.

Pop Art is the primary source of my work, in the sense that I use iconic images of popular culture, such as rock stars, superheroes or historical figures.

The old posters on the palisades and walls of my city, Montreuil, are another source of inspiration. I try to transpose their authentic poetry, torn apart and faded by the rain and the sun, by mixing on my canvases torn collages and brush painting.

Finally, Street Art, and more specifically Graffiti, is the third line of research in the creation of my works. The murals, but also and especially the short words written in a hurry on a wall, a poster, a door, a bus stop, as many stealth messages delivered to strangers passing by.

I realize my works according to the inspiration of the moment, but also on order, following specific requests from art lovers.
